Radio station WLW in Cincinnati is reporting that the judge has voided Deltas pilot agreement today. Any confirmations? Not surprising but...

Doing a search I can't find any corroboration of this yet. just that DL asked for the contract to be voided. personally, I'll be surprised if the judge rules directly. I imagine she will give them 30 more days to negotiate.

Delta Air Lines Asks Bankruptcy Court Judge to Void Its Contract With Pilots' Union

NEW YORK (AP) -- Delta Air Lines Inc. asked a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge Wednesday to void its contract with Delta's pilots' union so the beleaguered airline can impose deep wage and benefit cuts and avoid further financial erosion.

In a hearing that lasted into early evening and was to continue Thursday, Delta attorney Jack Gallagher said the airline valued its pilots and tried to negotiate reductions, but ultimately failed.

Unless the underlined statement is wrong, I don't think anything has been voided yet.......

I am just reporting what the local news said at 5 p.m. But it would not be out of the realm of possibility for the news to be wrong. If so, I apologize..

I don't know for sure either. I just pulled that statement off of Yahoo! finance.
