Winiecki argued that the airline was violating his right to free speech but changed rather than risk getting kicked off the flight and missing a day of work.
Ad....so would your airline let a person with a "F*ck You" T-shirt get on board? Does your airline have a dress code? This strikes me as being quite arbitrary.
There are simply too many of these ridiculous shirts to enforce this policy 100% across the board. They're (unfortunately) really popular. Either you do have a dress code or you don't. It's not some useful fudgery to employ only when there's an oversale situation. (then again, maybe it is)

Personally, where I work we don't have a dress code for clients either. But we told a young woman with a shirt that had "F*ck You" all over it that she had to either turn the shirt inside out or leave the establishment.I think thats a good point, and to your first question, I wish I could answer that. More than likely he might get on some flights but not on others, which is sorta my point: do we think he is any less likely to get on if they needed his seat?
What do you expect on an airplane painted like a circus tent?
Now you are insulting all the people who live in Maryland as you are calling their state flag a circus tent. What do you expect on an airplane painted like a circus tent?
