WTF GOP canidates?

Trump is pulling out of the debate so as to not create a conflict of interest if he decides to run. I guess if everyone showed up to the debate he would have ignored the conflict of interest? What a lying douche bag. I think this is the point we look back on as being when his star started to take a nose dive. His political clout has certainly taken a huge hit.

I've seen several ideas that range from merely curtailing the power of the Federal Reserve, To a return to the Gold Standard, To allowing competing currencies. Personally I haven't embraced any one idea yet except to say that the first step is a full and complete audit of the Fed. I don't think we can come up with a good answer to your great question until we know what's behind the curtain.

You know it's possible that the Fed is the solution and doesn't need much change. However if everything they do is in secret and is never audited how are We The People supposed to know? Remember this country is our goat rodeo and it's long past time that the Average Joe and Jane rise up to reclaim our country. A modern day version of Christ throwing the money lenders from the Temple. Milton Freidman made an interesting observation, he said,

That's kind of the answer I was expecting when it came to the Fed. Anytime I hear someone say we should abolish the fed I ask then what. So far I've heard people go off on a tangent or just get a shocked look in return. Not a rational explanation yet.

The idea of competing currencies in the US is perposterous. Anyone one who champions it is a fool who is ignorant of history. It's what we effectivley had in the 19th century and is why we have the monetary systme we have today. Essentially all those differnet currencies created instability in the economy.

Also if we were to go to a such a system you can forget about the dollar being the worlds reserve currency. With our economic troubles some people talked about the euro taking the it's place. Noticed how that talk ended when the four PIGS started melting down. There's the yuan. However I doubt most countries would want a communist dictatorship that manipulates it's currency with that kind of power.

Gold standard, not going to happen. People are kidding themsleves if they think its a cure all.
