What is a policy of Non-Intervention?
It is NOT isolationist. What Non Intervention means is we mind our own business. Consider what the Middle East might look like had we not assisted in the overthrow of of Iran's democratically elected government in 1953? End result was installation of the Shah or Iran who from 1953 until 1979 presided over a reign of terror. Then guess who stepped in? Islamic Fundamentalists. Then we have Afghanistan. We armed the rebel factions there because we wanted the Russians to pay a very high price for their incursion into Afghanistan. Thus as an unintended consequence we we gave legitimacy to Osama bin Laden and his fighters. Many of them morphing into Al-Queda, Taliban and today ISIS. Then just to keep things interesting we invade and topple Hussein, a secular dictator only to see forces of the sadists challenge and nearly topple that government. Now we are sending troops to Iraq who will likely do little more than inflame the passions of extremists and create another generation of Jihadists! This goes on and one with Libya, Syria and one by one as secular dictatorships fall the rise of extremist persists along with the unintended consequences of our actions.
 
Non Intervention says to stay out of it. At least until we exhaust our diplomatic options and clear our action with the American people through a Declaration of War. So let's stay back and allow events to unfold and clarify who the players are first, Attempt to act as broker instead of bomber. If all of that fails then put it to a vote, declare war and kick thoer arses. We can trot the Military out at anytime it doesn't have to be today.

You can't practice diplomacy on a group of people that only have 1 of 2 goals, convert or destroy. To leave them be is to let them gather power. The reason we are in this mess is because we don't fight wars right. I mean sending out fliers telling them we are going to bomb? Seriously? WTF!!!.

Assuming your first premise is correct then and I don't agree that it is as we have never tried it since 1953. However for debate, We can consider thae we have used up all diplomatic efforts and are now at an impasse.

Obama doesn't have the Constitutional authority to act unilaterally.
 
In order to promote American Ideal one must not engage in Un-American axtions. Such as fighting a war without advice and consent of the Congress and by extension the people. Before ONE US Soldier lands of foreign soil their must be a formal declaration of war. Obama and Bush before him should not be able to wage war on a whim. Of course Congress has the spine of a jellyfish and does nothing.
 
We are much better off as a nation to round up and deport the 6000+ people here on expired student visa's. Spend the resources on LEGALLY acting against the many groups already here. Infiltrate them, render them ineffective. DEPORT suspected terrorists who are here illegally. Let the Syrians and Iraqi's kill each other and we use the time to clean out our nest.

I could care less about gay civil marriage as long as I'm not forced to participate in it.

But, it's not about me. It's about you putting an offensive slur of some form or fashion into just about every post you've written since your ban was overturned.

I don't think there are too many people who care for your (childish) use of ALL CAPS!!! and sexual/racial/ethnic/geographic slurs. Maybe Dog likes them, but he also licks his butt for entertainment...
