AA's performance on LAX-PVG

Is he implying that they do not use plastic cups in coach? I'm pretty sure everyone does. US or foreign. As far as i know, USair stopped using plastic in premium cabins some time ago. I'm cornfused. Doesn't matter, but thanks.

I'm sure of one thing, with US execs at the helm, AA will have the same plastic cup shitty service enjoyed by DL customers. Good news for the foreign airlines, who are going to continue to get more U.S. based customers for all of their international flying as no service airlines will be left in the U.S.

I've flown DL BusinessElite international several times and its always a pleasant experience. The newer seats are good too, nothing amazing but its good. Even the old A330 seat I flew last month wasn't bad. No plastic cups either, you must be thinking of flights on USAIR (Shuttle First Class is plastic) or the beverages served on the ground in AA premium cabins.
