Analysts say meetings will chart US Airways' path

US Airways began a rapid succession of make-or-break meetings with union leaders Tuesday, starting with pilots negotiators, which analysts say could determine the fate of the struggling carrier.
"It's major gut-check time for everybody," said Robert Mann Jr., head of R.W. Mann & Co. Inc. and airline consultant on Long Island, N.Y.
