I doubt anyone is surprised. American will not make the list until the AWA management team is gone. Even if they did an outstanding job trying to right all the wrongs they've done to labor, employees will always be suspicious that it's all temporary until the next screw job opportunity presents itself.

The only way AA will make that list is if there is a general "housecleaning" from airport management level (station managers, chief pilots, flight attendant base managers) on up to and including the very top.
