I just have a question here. Can a 737-900ER with a full tank of fuel fly directly between Orlando and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil without refueling. I really don't know. Please answer this question

No.

Actually it can, but couldn't carry a full passenger load. Like most modern airplanes, you can fill it with fuel or fill it with people but can't fill it with fuel and people without exceeding the MTOW. Using Boeing's "standard" OEW, the 900ER can fly 4000 miles if payload is limited to about 25,000#.

Yep,
And a Cessna 150 could do it with a 3,000 knot tail wind and still have reserves too!

My point was that the 739ER can fly that far non-stop with "full tanks" as the question asked - no fantasy tailwinds or anything else. It would just be uneconomical to do so because of the number of blocked seats required to allow filling the tanks. The absolute max range is over 5000 nm.

With normal winds try doing that with a Cessna 150 just by leaving a seat empty...

No it wouldn't (because they would probably won't to get the best bang for their buck for that distance=bigger airplane more paying passengers a bit more fuel-win win) And no it couldn't as has already been explained. Interesting question though!
