Any FF knows the "say thank you, hang up, call again" rule when you get an answer that you don't like or simply seems wrong.


That is usually not the case with the US1 desk, oh wise one.

Come on now, it's clearly the customer's fault with this airline. You've got some nerve, expecting the airline to give you the correct information. Clearly, you should have wasted an hour calling the airline 15 times, determining which answer you get most frequently. (How that would guarantee the correct answer, though, isn't quite clear to me. My fault, no doubt.)

I work in RES in INT and we do have Y fares that will AUTOMATICALLY BOOK a F SEAT...but it has to be applicable to the CITY PAIRS.
