Nope, there's a LOT more needed than fixing income inequality; it just happens to be the root cause of a lot of the examples you posted.

It's not Bush's fault, and it's not Obama's fault. It's our (collective) fault as Americans for letting it happen.

Most of the problem is based in over taxation, regulation and taxation to fund the free stuff.
 
Everybody is entitled to a living wage under Marxism.
