A quick pic in the store and a jog across the parking lot and you were home free.
The second and third pic are the same view showing how far one had to boogie to get back to the hood scott free.


It's all an empty lot now, WalMart was getting serious about putting a super wally mart in....lucky for them, someone woke up.

Same thing in my city with a large indoor shopping mall beside public housing. Closed down about 7 years ago or so. They tried to curb the theft and violence there by adding a police substation inside the mall manned 24 hours...did not work. Was still mass gang fights and theft all the time. They purposed using the building as a govt. center a while back.....but even the govt did not want to move there. Now it is just rotting away.

You don't know how right you are. Even in the article I posted showed how blacks have been moving to the suburbs in droves due to their wanting out of the inner city and due to education via reverse discrimination and prejudicial hiring practices with the government providing a middle class income, higher education and the chance to be a democrat..
But it seems these asssholes want to relocate the problem they are running from instead of eliminating or fixing it.Of course that results in pissing with entitlements and getting them back on the tax rolls, but holee sheeyut, they may go GOP if they do that.
