It would help me to understand your remark regarding on-time performance if you could provide a credible reference that shows that UA's IAD-FRA flights have a better annual on-time FRA arrival record than US's PHL-FRA flights?
Eastbound you're assuming that the 757 from PIT will park on A-West and not A-East (or even B/C since departures to Europe don't need to be on either A concourse). Westbound there's still the possibility of the 757 to PIT will park on A-East if it comes in from Europe.
Did you all see that Southwestern is going down to 3 flights between PIT & PHL!?!
