Republic Airlines, a Regional airline flying Embraer 170's and now the new 175's, is hiring pilots and flight attendants. If interested, look them up. They are apart of Republic Airways. A fast growing successful regional airline. I highly reccommend them.

Apply on line.

Bases are Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Washinton D.C., and Denver.

Yea, and they pay their F/O's $20,000.00 a year to start...

Don't all line up at once now!

And the F/As start at about $14.00 hr after you do the math that is below minimum wage. ohhh...

and another thing you will be working for the airline that absolutly everyone hates. Get treated like crap erevry where you go :stupid:

If you are really happy to take an outsourced job. Those planes were formerly flown by US Airways employees and then replaced with this lowball company. They are the Phillipines of the airlines. They are only too happy to take another's job at any expense.

The real airlines are hiring. Dont take a short term replacement worker job.

Too bad you don't know what you are talking about!!! USAirways sold the MDA planes to Republic to keep the AWA-AAA merger alive. AAA was running out of cash and looking at CH 7 DURING the merger!
The way I see it, the captains could have gone on furlough and wait to be recalled by AAA or AWA (per the transition agreement between the two unions and AWA/AAA management) or take a job with Republic. It was their call due to
the bad situation at AAA that only AAA created. Don't try to make it like it is a SCAB deal if someone wants to get a start at Republic.

$14/hr for an FA?? Does that include welfare benefits? Try to get based at DCA. The District has more generous welfare programs than Colorado.

Ha ha ha ! Put down the crack pipe ! You shouldn't drink and post. Did you mean Philistines ? Republic will be a better place when we get rid of the 55 year old bitter pit bulls who start every sentence with "When I was at mainline...".

Republic will start flying 6 EMB170's and 2 EMB175's through LGA starting November 5th and will be handled by Airways/Mainline. Expect more as a tentative October 31st Port Authority of NY/NJ/PA deadline approaches. The deadline which was extended from January 31st,2007 is one which implicates carriers at LGA not having a certain percentage of flights carrying more then 50 seats will lose coveted slots at the airport.

Hey, exclamation points, go back and do a little research. The money made from the sale of the"MDA planes" was used for retention bonuses for 35 East management employees. The amount matches exactly.

Republic started a new certificate, they could have easily used the mainine E170 operation as a turn-key on a new certificate. No, they wanted to fly those big shiney jets themselves, they couldn't wait to take a mainline pilot or flight attendant's job.

Where do you get your info? The Hub? The holy roller CEO of Republic? Gimme a break.

I don't have to try to make anything... the industry has already determined Republic's reputation. If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, talks like a duck.... it is a duck.
