In the secure area behind baggage claim(we call it the Tug Room, but when I refer to it to an agent, they haven't a clue), I was shocked to see an unescorted crew of 3 exit through there. It caught me by surprise and it happen so fast, I didn't know whether to challenge or what. I asked a TSA agent who was puzzled by the incident, much like myself. He said he'd look it up and get back to me.

The result was that if the crew is exiting, it is legal!
