Voluntary Personal Leaves of Absence (VPLOA) for September

So now the company is offering a Voluntary Leave for September...

Let me guess...after the Summer flying we are now OVERSTAFFED for Autumn? Let's see, recall canceled for August, Voluntary Leave for September, will there still be a recall in December? My guess would be no.

Also, how many heads is the company trying to reduce on the property? If a certain # isn't reached, are we looking at a re-furlough of the folks who just came back?

I do know that it closed almost a week ago. I will be curious to see how many took it. I don't know if they company said how many they were offering it to. Was this just for PHL? I don't know if the message included other bases.

As of right now, the December re-call is STILL on. It is reduced to 120-150 though from the 200+ that it was.
