the zones are specific by row so it does matter... if anything happened the crew and ground would be held responsible legally. trust me no F/A wants to have to move people. hopefully the f/a wasnt rude but sometimes pax hold up boarding by not moving because they think the f/a is just moving people for fun. ive flown on air wisconsin alot and i have yet to have a bad f/a all the ones i've had are very friendly and professional. psaa crjs are nicer though air wisconsins are kind of ratty.
