Does anyone really know whats going on with Pinnacle and Mesaba?????
How are they going to stay in business when their main source of income and planes are both provided by NorthWest????

Pinnacle's likely to go down with the NWA.... Hope all those warrants for PNCL stock which were put into NWA's pension plans were already exercised.

Mesaba's a little less likely to go down, but only if the scope clause with NWA is thrown out. With it in place, they can't fly as a regional for another airline, and have very limited ability to operate independently (think Atlantic Coast's contracts with UA and DL, which hamstrung their ability to diversify their partner contracts).
