This is exactly the type of stuff that Carty and Arpey managed to avoid at AA... As much as concessions suck, there wasn't any loss of control over the restructuring process, and there wasn't any threat of another airline stepping in uninvited.

Maybe I'm wrong, but when your in bankruptcy, I don't believe you need to be "invited" to the dance. You kind of show up, shake hands with the people throwing the party (CREDITORS) with food and drinks on the platter.

A little banter back and forth....Thank god for the 1st ammendment. Sure it may get out of control sometimes, it just shows that all parties have a passion for their livelyhood...In the end 99% of the people on this board care about each other...well maybe only 95%.
