Perhaps the aa mechs at ewr shoulld all apply for the ual jobs and let us all know what the P&B look like.

Right when either the IBT or AMFA are going to file for an election to do away with the TWU, we have a 737 C CK being outsourced. The thing the TWU is pandering to TUL mechs how the TWU stopped outsourcing. Maybe if the TWU just represented the mechs they wouldn't have the issue of a raid.

Highest paid ramp, sixth paid mechanics. We hear how the USair pilots and FA's are going to AA pay rates, we don't hear how the mechs want AA pay rates.

UAL is building the two hangers to support the new 787 aircraft it has nothing to do with its representation by the Teamsters. They are also placing those hangers at CAL stations NOT UAL.

Thinking the mechanics at AA and U are the bottom two on the industry payscale, not really sure which is actually the lowest. Have to leave that to the Guru's from the IAM and TWU to argue that point!!! Hoping some union comes onboard to lead the combined group at least towards the middle of the pack!!!

Have talked to a few UAL mechanics who are on furlough from EWR, and at the same time CAL is bringing on new hire mechanics. Hearing they were offered employment with CAL as new hires......???

UAL is in contract negotiations with the IBT and UAL is NOT hiring, they have guys on layoff, CAL is hiring.
Both are represented by the IBT but still have not intergrated the membership yet. Going on 3 yrs.
CAL has a pension the guys at UAL don't which group do you think is going to be screwed?
