For Cargo conversions? I read that on the fedex forum, but can't seem to find it now...

Not the 767s... rumor has it they're the ex-TW 757s with Pratt engines. If true, AA isn't selling them -- they're being sold by the leasing company who owns them to FDX as AA returns them off lease.

Probably in the trash where they have put most of TWAs employees.
<_< ------Typical answer from the likes of low life like yourself!!! Shows what a ars hole you really are!!! You know I can "understand" some of the apprehension of nAAtive aa employees towards former TWA employees,, but your attitude goes well beyond what is considered "normal" behavior! I think you really should seek professional help!!!

Nancy was a TWA stew! I think she was simply making a statement about how she felt she was treated.

Transplant,

You owe Nancy an apology. No one has been more dedicated than her to the plight of the furloughed TWA flight attendants.

Speaking of TWA's 767, where are they now ????????????

NH/BB's

The TWA 762s were already gone prior to the AA purchase; the 763s were returned to the lessors when the nine new 763s ordered in 2001 specifically to replace them were delivered in 2003. Dunno where they've ended up - but I'll look.

As to the OP: Some of the retired ex-AA 762s were converted to cargo configuration - perhaps those are the airplanes the OP is talking about. Delta has announced intentions to lease nearly all (maybe all) of the ex-TWA 757s that AA is returning to the lessors over the next year to 18 months.

Let your emotions get the better of you again I see. Open mouth insert foot.

Could all you kids who just can't play well together take your BS somewhere else? JesusHChrist. Sometimes you all make the posters on airliners.net look mature by comparison.

The horrific events of five years ago turned what looked like a good idea into a not so good idea and unfortunately, thousands of good people had to be thrown overboard. Can't you all just get over that and, in the words of the Stupid-Ass Democrats (sorry, Bears - not directed at you) MOVE ON already?

Please don't start with the political crap, I don't insult middle age vietnam draft dodgers who think they're Patton - and that's not directed at you.

 ----- Nancy, if indeed I have confused you with that another low life, I do apologize! I must have misunderstood the intent of your post! I had a curtain aa F/A in mind that takes pleasure in defaming other people's wifes, just because they formerly worked for TWA!----It seems we've worked five years for this company, and we're still getting bigoted remarks about our former employer! And Frankly it's getting a little old! Again when I put my foot in it, I do it good. But as far as that other party is concerned, my statements stand!
