Air Canada about 3 or 4 years ago ?

We gave Air Canada a very large sum of money about 3 or 4 years ago ,does anybody know what the plan for repayment was if I recollect it was about 600 million which we could use yesterday

it was a substantial sum and lufthansa contributed as well. both carriers plan on showing a profit this year.

I believe part of the deal was UA purchasing one or two A340's and leasing back to Air Canada as part of financing.

the deal was actually from UAL. UAL owns 3 A340s I believe in it's Aircraft Capital division.

Time to sell those A340s to LH
