You would be like any other professional in America, living and working where you choose based on your on wants, needs and desires. If you found yourself unhappy you would just leave and go make more money at the next place. Unions prevent all of that.

In my 4th station. This time a hub . But plz tell me. Why the F... should we the hard working front line folks take one dam concessions when no other groups took it? Especially in light of billions in profits yearly? Im in a hub n commute bout an hour plus on a good day. I dont have an issue w commuting but i do have a problem when those stinkin arse donkeys want to take from us . It goes to showthey are a bunch of over grown over populated over paid greedy sob. So if concessions are needed the need to cut from themselves . Their total disregard n disrespect for mechanics n fleet really goes to show . Sorry u dont care but those of us are f..k.. Tired of get hit hard in record profit era

I think Tim/Al would enjoy having their bedroom ceilings papered, and covered with ASSOCIATION updates, logos, and perhaps portraits of all the officers and negotiators...

That way they could have nice little reminder each morning as to who is in charge!

If the union folks WERE in charge we would have a great contract with no concessions but theyre arent.You want a picture of whos in charge youll have to look at the annual report

The contract they are offering is better than the contract the TWU has now but quite concessionary to the IAM side.That robbed is the problem in a nutshell

I DO NOT want you to believe your Union on every issue. That’s called blind following and that’s not a very wise thing to do either.

I would like to see some of you guys show them at least some support particularly when you see them standing up for you.

When it comes to trying to raise a spotlight on Aircraft Maintenance Outsourcing you can’t tell me anyone else is doing more than the TWU?

And how do they “Demand” the Company to do that? Do they just use the word “Demand” in one of their updates to appease people who want them to use a word just for the sake of using it?

How do they “Force” the Company to put out that fine print publicly?

There is only one way, there is gonna have to be acceptance and then a vote.

How is giving you more a concession?
Also why only this workgroup and union? Maybe that points to the real problem.
