Why do you constantly come back to a page you’ve repeatedly been kicked off of? Do you have a psychological disorder?
Yeah doesnt make any sense considering there are a gazillion forums and sites he could contribute to in his chosen field now.Interesting stuff too if youre into it .Just think of all the cooking and restaurant shows

Thx WeAA. All of the LAA folks here that ive spoken to want our LUS vs theirs

Like I’ve said before robbed the Medical as a single is not my highest priority to get to a deal but for guys like you I can absolutely understand it being your # 1.

If what I’ve guessed (17% going up over time) doesn’t come to pass maybe solutions can be going easier on Family plans and raising the Single plans up on the LUS side faster?

What has to be a line in the sand is the Association continuing to be able to audit the Company’s yearly Medical expenditures period. Ridiculous and offensive of them to think we would just trust their word on those costs.

When you talk to an AA guy the common theme is. I wish I applied at SWA, or I wish I went to SWA 10 years ago. Best contracts, a company that treats mechs as great and equal to other work groups.

It’s never been said, I’m glad I stayed at AA we have the worst contracts then any other airline, BUT we have more mechanics per aircraft then SWA.

Personally I think it’s better to have the best contract and never to have a lay-off. You live less in fear and won’t have your lives disrupted.
Agree to WNs contract then,Parker will give it to you in a heartbeat.Grass is always greener

Seriously why are you obsessed with 700UW? When he was ignoring you, you couldn’t stop trying to get him to pay attention to you and now every time he comes back on you have to make an announcement about it as if you think we don’t realize it’s him?

Look you know the Mods will continue to toss him off daily so I’m just not sure why you need to be concerned when he’s here?
Weez you just defined BLIND loyalty. Doubt you going to get any greens on that one

I defined nothing Al. I made a very honest observation on that particular posters obsession with the man and yourself and others seem to have close to the same obsession as well.

Likable or not the man knows his facts when he posts better than anyone on the Board.

Now back on Topic if you would be so kind before NOTOK reports us again.

the chances support your opinion for sure. In America we say "It doesnt hurt to try".
Nothing is loss on the masses part if we come up empty since the union already said no deal.

regards,
I gotta say Tim at least u try. But when is enough bec it just seems every few yrs u try n try yet the majority sees the real thing

To be honest WeAA. Medical n Scope are the top dogs w Scope bein nbr 1 n medical nbr 2. Having single plan is literally near as much as for employee n child or family. But w o scope then its basically useless

My total out of pocket staying in Network for my Heart Attack and stents procedure 3 day stay was just under $3000 and that was all I had to pay for the rest of the year besides my monthly expense.

So about $4000 total for the year or $333.00 per month. Meanwhile my Gross Wages for the Month if I work all my hours is just under $5000.00.

I’m not trying to say that anything isn’t worth fighting for robbed but even with a Company making Billions per year I think we need to know where items should be and shouldn’t be prioritized.

To me # 1 is Scope. Properly written language that keeps us as the owners of at least ALL of our current work and not giving that up to the Company for any price. Work rules that don’t give the Company a hand in being able to direct us more than they can currently.

After that would come the Medical cost caps and then Wages.

The higher the wages the greater the ability to invest those wages wherever one prefers. That could be into their retirement accounts or paying down debt or ones mortgage which can also free them up more economically when they reach retirement age.

Hey WeAAsles, I will give the Mods complete unobstructed permission to post publicly
how many times I have reported anyone and how many times you have. Deal?
Again, you have admitted to reporting people and have even cluttered pages with nonsense in hoping to get the topic shutdown. I on the other hand have ask the Mods to close one topic that I started because it had gone way off track.
You sir are a liar. But hey son, if that's they way you want to go through life, go for it, at least you have a pic with your arm around the TWU honcho, I can't claim that...So do we have a deal on who is that RAT in this forum?

You really can’t stay on topic can you. If you were not a “claimed” AA Employee and Association Member I really would have to put you on my ignore list as well.

You’re becoming a bit of a distraction now.

tim you have a rough road ahead of you, because the majority of your group is happy. Heck the average of our group is happy. so, if the average of our group is happy, and the majority of your group is happy, managements' next move is to wait for arbitration. After arbitration, you'll have all the cards you need without much interference as anyone of importance fighting you, are on their yachts.
main issues
1. iampf
2. iam healthcare for political purposes
3. union dues
4. Doug already said no to 2. and given the members a choice on 1. He's not going to change.
5. scope. the twu intl will cave on this for 3.
6. iam will cave on 5, for 1 and 3.
so the contract being offered now, is final, which won't be put out, because its not putting the intls first. Final contract put out will be more outsourcing and part time for 3, and intls first.
Your remarks are hard to dispute. It's like a Mexican standoff at this point. I would think the unions would avoid arbitration, as there is too much to lose. Unfortunate that this is headed down a bad road, with no creative ideas being put forward to at least have constructive negotiations.

How do you know creative ideas haven’t been talked about? The problem is when you have one side demanding for the other to move before they say they’re supposedly willing to even talk if they might move.

Hopefully at the end of this month someone asks to be released.

very seldom has the majority not been with me.
That said, we know the association stall and i know they are fibbing about the scope. But it will be a longterm stall and i dont believe they have the support for that. Thats why they dont trust us with a vote.
Phx and phl want to vote as well. Twu is dying to vote. Ill bring this thing to a vote in less than 2 years.

regards,

There is no creativity at all. If mgmt had ideas they would have spread them on jetnet. The unions are defending against the company proposals. Not a lot of creativity.
