Maybe I missed it Tim but if this is accurate could you post the link or documentation for all to see?
They were making $99,000 in 2014. Went up to $120,000 in 2018 and just recommended a pay raise equal to the general chairperson of dl142 which was boosted to $151,000 2 months ago.
The public documentation of this wage hike wont be made public until next year, and Mr Baskett has pulled a Donald Trump and has refused to show us his new pay stub. Additionally, Mr Brown gets an allowance of several hundred dollars a month. I have no idea why they decided to give themselves this extra allowance.
And their Grand Lodge pension is 125% funded and he accrues 2% of his salary per year. So with a $51,000 salary boost (50% over the last few years) his pension also has had a 50% increase.
Dude been doing a whole lotta Fukery to us. Last year he talked so much chit about my pension video but who lied? he did.
Hopefully, we get a peb path because, Mr Baskett is telling the truth on that....we will get to vote prior to that and prior to any makeshift countdown. And prior to any arbitration. Mysel, Mr Baskett, and the union knows when we vote, its going to ratify.

yes there is up to January. But they just recommended and got their rigged vote in january. So it wont be public until next year. You can check dl142 and see what supplees is then add about 3% and you will get the idea for next year but Mr Baskett is lying 100% when he says he just got a $135,000 or so boost. Not true!
He lies out his butt now but refuses to show us the paycheck we pay.

He could prove his position if he just showed us his check but he pulls a Donald Trump on us.
 
The TWU ATD cares nothing about you. They are unelected make twice what you make and have guaranteed pensions company cars and positive space travel. They will never fight to better your pay and benefits. The only way to get rid of them is to vote yes for another union. Lets have an IAM card drive and rid ourselves of the worthless TWU. They do one thing well substandard concessionary bargaining. The twu is a business and the ones up top are worse than the AA execs because they don't have shareholders to answer to. Wake up vote them out
 
Does it matter what the company says on video? They have also stated they were willing to meet anytime, anywhere. They have stated on video Delta +7%, Delta +3% and an industry leading contract. Remember Parker saying he would have a table built to negotiate at hdq? Parker, Isom, Seymour, et al are liars. No different than seedy used car salesman outside the front gate of every military base. Liars and conmen, seems to be a common theme on all sides of this debacle.
Bingo. 100% liars. I believe nothing that the powers that be say.
 
Just a reminder LUS Passenger Service Agents CWA/IBT gave great concessions conceding to management industry standards demands aka UA/CO, DL/NW merger. CWA/IBT leadership put the concessionary contract out to vote and it overwhelming pass because of agent sightedness
i think cwa has a "last man standing" clause for small stations like mine (pbi) but im not sure. Flight activity is 19 departures a day for 6 months and 11 flights a day for 6 months. Not sure what your flight threashold is.
The company proposal that i saw last year had similar language that is consistent with the language on the table now.
I dont think the company has taken advantage of the cwa language in pbi but it could if it wanted to?
 
Tim your being dishonest again

1. District 141 AGCs do not have the authority to give themselves a raise.

2. A local lodge proposed a bylaw change to increase the District 141 Officers and AGC pay.

3. Numerous local lodges approved the proposed changes.

4. There was a systemwide local lodge referendum election held where every single District 141 members had the opportunity to vote on the proposed bylaw

5. The referendum vote passed this bylaw.

So they did, in fact, get the raise.
 
The IAM nor the TWU have never accepted the proffer of Arbitration in the airlines. The non-member who can’t cant vote is fear mongering once again.


I thought the IAMNPF was separate from the IAM and IAM DL 141/142. Are you a part of the IAMNPF? If so, why are you addressing negotiations?

Not gonna happen in Aircraft Maintenance. If there is gonna be a new union for maintenance and related, it's gonna be AMP or AMFA. AMP already has thousands of signed cards. The sooner people realize these industrial unions do not represent them the faster we can rid ourselves of these posers.

They still haven’t released the SOTA so I have no idea what Parker and Co. were lying about this time.

But if they put their “supposed” FULL proposals in writing we have something to work with if that’s what they’re really offering.

There are no drives to speak of and all you are doing now is feeding into the divide and conquer the Company has prepared for you.

I blame the twu for not getting snap back in the 03 contract the pilots union did.
I remember that as well. And I was in disbelief that the union didn't get snap back clause for all the concessions they wanted. Bad bus. when concessions are involved. Pilots and I also thought the F/A's got in theirs, but the TWU failed to get it and it just screwed the entire membership for the next 16 years. Not having the snap back clause is the direct reason why this co. is taking so long to get a new contract. They have saved millions upon millions by not having the snap back clause.
 
I guess the question that needs to be asked here, is, are you willing to give up thousands of your current jobs to get your holidays and sick time? If you are? Then yes, that’s the unions fault for not letting you vote for what’s being offered. Guilty as charged.

This Forums Page has now been overrun with just those individuals that you talked about.

You probably haven’t been reading every day but these people are mainly LAA AMT’s who have over 30 years now and are ready to start the process of checking out and some are waiting for the package so have zero concern if anyone is waiting to come in the door behind them.

The hypocrisy though is in the fact that they still slam the people who sold them out 30 years ago but here they are ready with no qualms to do it to the next generation.

I really love people.
