So what are you implying here? Tulsa is the only station that would vote yes? If you are we don’t have one fleet service agent here so it wouldn’t affect you anyway. But what I read from the tul turnout is a system wide issue, and that’s the ASS has close to zero support

That wasn’t what I saw in both DFW and MIA. And what I am saying, not implying is that TUL again showed it’s true colors and what it’s all about as a whole.

If the Union is lying then why is it going to take weeks for the Company to put out a full text proposal on Jetnet if they wind up putting out anything beyond more bullet points at all?

If you’re taking Parker and his henchmen at their word you must have not paid much attention to him in the past.
I’m certainly not putting the union up on a pedestal by no means but the company is doing you just like swamt says they are

I understand the frustration you LAA guys must have most of you spent decades working for a once great proud airline unfortunately all AA is today is AW with a better known name. It happen to the LUS guys a few years ago.
The only hope we have long term is if the BOD wakes up and replaces these clowns like Parker and Isom.
We as employees are treated like nothing more than a necessary evil they would love to get rid of many of us as possible.
They treat the paying customers just as bad hence why we’re looking up at something called Spirit airline in customer service satisfaction.Its pretty much a disgrace

I warned my buddy at work to dump his equity when it hit $50 a share and he didn’t listen to me and held. The price is now at $33 and lingering. I sometimes wonder and yes you do know these people better than me rat if Parker and team are purposely fouling up the works to keep the shares low while they keep buying them back?

Are they really this inept? The analysts used to say Parker was a wonderkind, was it really Kirby who was the genius?

Is there another Munoz out there who can replace Parker?

given the turnaround UA has made since he got there Kirby may have been the brains.
Since we are ahead of Frontier maybe they will hired Parker and Isom for what their secrets are

Because the co. never had it in writing to begin with. There is no offer in writing. Why else would it take weeks to put out the offer IF they already had it in writing and passed it to the union NC??? Hellooooo!!!

What I mean is something like this. The Company is going to give us 2 1/2 times wages for 10 Holidays but you can comp that 1X pay for 5 extra days off.

Let’s say they took the 5% 401K contribution and gave it to you in wages instead. You could chose to put that 5% in the Bank, 401K, Your Mortgage or take more days off.

With Vacations if you make enough in wages you can CS off however you’d like.
