Better than the class physco I dont see anyone else getting upset....you went through all the necessary background checks right?
dont blame him, he knows that very few support Alex garcias position to guarantee lus health care to laa. i mean, i guess people support that but nyer is right by saying it has almost zero chance. Nothing wrong with pseudo stances as i back alex and kicking the can since im not twu.
that said, the union isnt bluffing. you need a card to bluff but the twu simply doesnt have any cards.
you know who has the cards? management since these 2 union bosses didnt protect phl jobs or 5 twu stations.
so here is the story, the company anllows the union to look like its "fighting like hell" in the videos, then the company finally makes one LAST offer, ie., more $, clt and phl cargo, lus health for 1 year, and informs the union that its gonna be all downhill if they dont allow a vote. the 2 union bosses will flip like a pancake and the offer will be overwhelmingly voted upon. otherwise the company will pull more things like it did with catering 3 months ago. believe me.

the thing that chaps my ass is that we already know our lus union bosses will flip and knife us. and in doin so, they always take alot less than what was previously offered.

Is the company going to make public the dumping of the 175 work in PHL? Man did the union screw up that one

The process will involve one last enhancement, which i already mentioned. The option for the union will be to recommend a no vote but allow it to pass, or refuse to allow it to be voted upon.
if its not voted upon, then the company will not be a pushover and will play a card. may be half of phl goes away as the company gives the work to cwa piedmont, or that the company wishes away some twu stations. i dunno but thats the superfly story. At that point, the union will have a new choice. hold its position and sacrifice jobs or flip like a pancake. at this point, i believe the union will flip and take the deal it rejected previously.
I may be too militant but i would rather the union hold its position and not concede. in fact i think its ridiculous to concede in this environment. but our union leaders are soft as we have already seen and they arent willing to sacrifice because they dont understand that when you fight that casualties happen. but if it does hold its position then i think the company bluffs. superfly only tells me what he wants me to know but ill call the bluff if it was me.
That said, if i was twu my perspective would be different and id be breaking alex' balls bigtime. But as lus, Alex has been a wonderful surprise. And sito is already cuffed.

And if the Weez gets chucked into the Cornfield know that he did it his way.

FORUMS IS DEAD!!!!

How may this come to play?

"During these negotiations, we agreed that the following seventeen (17) stations will continue to be staffed with TWU represented employees following the implementation of Article 1(c). I remember a group going on strike I forget who but somone gave them advice "you're walking out this door but some day youll be walking back in".My point does the company want the bad blood? That might be the end of employee relations
