Dont forget now its technically in the NLB hands. I believe yes we should of had a deal or at the least an offer but instead should be the arch foe. But instead theyre capitalizing on what they perceive as the weakest groups who are not "fightingback" like the flight crews. So if u want TN tp set up retro might as well add in lost time since the NMB set up

You can't lose what you never had. And, how big of a pay cut have you taken and what benefits have you lost since negotiations began?
So.i guess retro pay is out.Guess we are all about to lose a couple of bucks when our dues goes up.

At that point it really wouldn't be called "retro" pay then, would it?
A hike in dues is chicken fee compared to everything else.

Be sure to add up all your losses a's a result of TN's anti- union position in past ratification votes. Remember one contract getting voted down with the next (and way inferior) being voted in? Too many "sheep" listened to that touch-hole! It cost all of us!

Al, do you not have any balls? I personally thought you were really ballsy!

I FULLY support our NC. Grow some and support them too!
Well I'm going the other way which actually takes more balls if you think about it.Your NC did not get results In how many years, hell they werent even allowed in the room. They had their chance along with Sito we need a new crew

It’s more likely than not that we will receive retro pay on base wages for all hours worked including overtime from the date our contracts became amendable.
