Where do you see a 10% bump in total compensation? The (gifted) Profit Sharing formula alone puts us behind the 8 ball.

I never said the United deal was a “great” deal. I said it was a dramatic improvement over where they were at.

I know about the PT limits. Let’s see if you really have an Uncle Jerry or a Fly? Tell me what that offer is?

Haven’t heard much on Small Stations besides the 40 and as that’s still an ongoing discussion. (Didn’t ask about the fine print the Company proposed)

Your next 2 paragraphs is mostly blah blah except some of the MX comments without the destructive dramatics of how you stated it.

Your last paragraph I’m going to leave alone as every time I touch it the non Union guy from Delta try’s to stomp his heel on my throat. But I will say I hope you enjoy going back home to CLE. Isn’t the CWA PSA’s already there in a Class 2 city capacity?

The Union Ladder is the opium of weez and others vying for a gig. They drink too much kool aid. Dude still believes everything Gary Peterson tells him. And Gary believes his own. Dude, was telling his coworkers that he was going to expand MX scope and bring the company to its knees. And then his famous 'dud' was his one dopey video where he basically called for a slowdown by saying "Let the company hear your voice". LMAO. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY listens to Gary in ORD. And by the numbers, his called shot was a strikeout. The only other more embarrassing negotiating ploy that I have witnessed in over 30 years was when he thought he could put Isom and Parker in the ring by announcing that Isom was secretly mobilizing to destroy the stock and kick Parker out. Of course, the company thought he was a complete IDIOT and refused to negotiate any more with a conspiracy moron wearing a tin cap, so it decided to enter into section 6. And will NEVER negotiate with Mr Peterson again without the presence of a mediator. And, BTW, even though Weez has sworn by that guy and has eaten crow due to him, he drank too much kool aid and is a lost puppy.

Thankfully, the mediators told mr Peterson that they would put him on ice if he made any more destructive conspiracy videos. Since then, he has been a good boy.

I mean, dude tells us he has 2 plays to negotiate things in 30 days and get a JCBA before the kids get out of school for Christmas (2017) and then we find out his two plays are
1. Create division between Parker and Isom. (Best buds and tighter than two coats of paint)
2. Slowdown (A complete failure since nobody respects him)

So even though he bragged about how he was going to get a contract before Christmas 2017 (Weez vouched for him), his two bullets in the gun weren't even bullets but candy out of a bubble gum machine.

Tim you do know that the Company would be counting the 10% as part of their overall costs including the buyouts which are something they would write down on their taxes. Do you really believe they are going to cost themselves a whole 10% above their nearest competitor in overall ground workers Labor expense.

Edit: Forgot to add through attrition and buyouts and a 12 year to top scale wage ladder that 10% will more than likely translate to AA having a cost advantage over their competitors in the next 2 to 3 years.
