Um, ok. Its either/or, ie., minimum modification OR modification.
We can be honest and predict that uncle jerry will pick "modification". In fact we can prolly expect him to use the termination.
Point being is that the verb is subject to the company only, ie., "determines".
Weez, you can downplay this all you want but all the iam can do is force it to arbitration. Not good!!!

while its unfortunate that airline ceos are greedy, i wouldnt be surprised if the judge gives amfa a big bill to reimburse the airline. Then amfa would call for a vote, then management will grant forgiveness pending a ratification.

Weez, you cant read. Who cares?.It will go to arbitration. If the arbitrator balks then the company has the right to terminate the plans and figure out a newbie. If the arbitrator completely balks then the company has additional avenues. Any union rights CEASE after the arbitrator is on the case.

Wrong again driver. Please stop. You are making yourself look terrible. It wasn't C check line added at the 652 (not 650) a/c number. It was the 4th line of heavy structures line added. A big difference. I understand your not here where the 4th line was added to heavy structures, but please do not report misinformation to other airline mechanics.
