To be quite honest, I think it is extremely idiotic, careless and just down right stupid to put your name on any forum where you are going to badmouth any individual you don't personally know or one that as you say the company monitors, especially if your going to criticize your employer and it's leader (your boss). I have read numerous times where Social Media has cost someone their job, career or even their life. Social Media can be a ***** and I for one will not give any individual person or company (at least by giving my real name) the ability to do harm to me, whatever that may be, physical or financial. So you guys in my opinion are so damn ignorant to be proud to list your real name in this type of enviroment.

I do read comments on the TWU/IAM uncensored pages but obviously I can't comment nor do I have the desire to. Believe it or not, this is the only place I discuss AA and other contractual matters and in the past W and a few others (NYer) were a good source of info before it was actually released.

But to be honest Al, once we do get a contract, I will no longer contribute or even visit these forums anymore. It will be my last contract and I won't care who W, you, NYer or anyone else who posts here. I'm pretty sure the feeling is mutual, and not in a negative way. Sometimes I think we all go overboard in our criticism of others. We lose the maturity in us for those few moments and I hate doing that. We all are going to eventually move on and forget all about this site. Some sooner than others.

You see AA that was a decent and civil response and I can respect it. A little brush but you know I’m cool with it. And I know where my boundaries are and actually don’t think mouthy with “alias’s” is going to get me in any hot water. And actually if I know who you are in real life here I just might be even more civil to you (anyone) if you can be civil to me.
