First, the SPD you refer to is from a previous time... AGAIN... Sito in NOT on the board of the IAMNPF. What part of this is not clear... the "NOT" or "ON the BOARD"?

Why would someone that is non-union from DL care anyway?

>SPIT<

That "previous time" is dated July 2017. Again, if that document is no longer accurate, they need to update it.

agreed. bump in pay taking lead, then another bump, on top of the lead bump in pay, if he applies and gets hired as a level 3 csm. easily, make $90+k a year.

yes, his seniority will stay the same. i know a c/c that did this 2 years ago. got a nice bump in pay and kept his seniority in management.

Yea but I bet he won’t admit it but fear keeps him away from the idea?

If Al were to take the position and didn’t perform well or wound up not being liked by his Boss he could be let go or forced to try and locate a new position in another City.

So basically I doubt he would admit it but he likes the comfort and security that an employment agreement offers him.

I have no problem admitting that I certainly appreciate my current position.

Sito Pantoja
General Vice President Transportation Department, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers

Sito Pantoja is the representative of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (“IAM”) to the UAL Board effective March, 2016. Mr. Pantoja has served as the IAM General Vice President to the Transportation Department since January 2012. The Transportation Department operates from IAM Headquarters and administers contracts in the railroad and air transport sectors in the United States.

Mr. Pantoja was appointed as the IAM’s representative to the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Rulemaking Advisory Committee (ARAC), which provides advice and recommendations to the FAA on rulemaking activity, such as aircraft operations, airman and air agency certification and airworthiness standards. In 2014, Mr. Pantoja was appointed to the IAM National Pension Fund’s (IAMNPF) Board of Trustees

Pulled this up this morning off of United's site showing Sito on their BOD and also being appointed to the Board of Trustees of the IAMNPF.
That was in 2014. Do some more research and you will see he is no longer on pension board

maybe so...i'd say the only way you can get let go is for stealing.

CSMs in my area can't even be bothered to bring water AND/OR cups (in company training lesson, mngt. must provide) to a work area that is easily 90+ degrees most summer days.

i think al could do that for $90+k a year. he'd probably bring water to the lus people first.

.
It was right after that date in 2017 when Sito no longer held the position.

i'm not picking on you, racer x...but who gives a flying f#ck or a $hit?? is this the war of the lus/iam grandfathers and grand lodges?
Listen....someone else stated it. I refuted it. When posters say Sito is holding negotiations up for the IAMNPF because he is on the board, that statement needs to be corrected. Nothing more. I agree move on...WeAAS is right, just people trying to start nonsense.

I want to work for the IAMNPF they allegedly had some pretty clutch parties and meetings according to the DOL complaint in 2014.

Josh

i see..

why not try and get your bank to manage the tiverton, rhode island undertaker-mortuary pension fund? the trumpf??

i hear they party like there's no tomorrow.

My guess is also that you know Brother Pantoja personally and think he’s a decent guy if not even more? And I’m sure the unrelenting character assassination against the man is both mostly unwarranted and frankly quite annoying.

And of course undermining the man is completely for the express purpose of undermining the entire IAM as a whole.

When my TWU Brothers and Sisters fall for the nonsense and mention “Sito” that’s why I refer to him as the “Boogeyman” or “Michael Myers” then I ask them to tell me precisely what they know about the man and to show me prof of the claims against him.

It’s frankly annoying as hell that I have to do this but Cest La Vie I guess.
