Parker had to beg the union to finally agree to bring us up to non union wages. And he gave us profit sharing after begging the union. The IAM didn't want us to have profit sharing either. Even now, we are losing $13,000 a year because the Association believes that AMP is going to raid it immediately after a JCBA.

Actually, we should let this play out and let Piedmont explain to us how these knuckleheads got us the raise he claimed when Uncle Jerry dictates everything. Maybe Sito sat on him? Did they punch the company guy in the face? I want to know exactly what the union actually did where these ignorant morons credit the union for anything at all.

Can’t say at TOS I would feel very comfortable holding that particular picket sign myself honestly. At least not being in the FSC Class.

Personally, I think him turning to the IAM was a natural reaction due to his bitterness with his neighbor. Not sure how much the FLL jetblue gig came in to play. Maybe he can learn from his errors. His Barbie tantrums have seemed to cease and maybe there is now room for him to be open about his own union again. All over NYer not meeting him for coffee. He ought to learn from Josh. Josh got stood up but is of high character and it didn't unseat him.

Pretty much. And that's what is going to happen now as well. They have no choice now since they were put on notice of being iced by the NMB if they continued being dumb. Most of us who are trained in these sorta things already know that negotiations were over once the TWU took the dues grab for the cross utilization. Hard to negotiate when you hand over the leverage. I mean, I guess noting is stopping them from waving a gun without any bullets, but the NMB did advise them that it doesn't want to waste time with GI Joe and other children games.

Sure you have a few idiots who post on jetnet accusing the company of stalling, but I have to go on there and educate the underlings and remind them that the union is the one burning daylight.

I personally was taught at an extremely young age not to piss on my hands when I pissed therefore bypassing any need to partake in the unnecessary waist of water. Being from Texas, conservation was a must. Learn early, learn well.

It’s just a simple social expectation is all. You don’t have to be dramatic about how much water you use.

I dont think anyone recognizes him anymore as he looks about 30 years older and a typical old man. Balding and extra weight will do that.

Nobody cares anymore as they realize the union is worthless.

They could have made salaries $200,000 and it will pass. Nobody goes to meetings, nothing.

As it turns out, they are just exploiting the union for their personal gains. Charlie Brown etc cant possibly come on these pages anymore because he will get chewed up for his greed.
But good for them giving themselves monster pay raises up to the President of 142. Every reason why right to work should be nationwide. Forcing people to pay for ridiculous salaries is wrong.

And passengers don’t like hearing about Baggage Handlers making a BASE of $70,000 and another $30,000 in OT while their Ticket Prices go up and they had no vote on that either.

nah..fares are at historic lows. in war time 1942, a ticket from honolulu to san francisco on pan am cost $250, 2018 equivalent to $4,000.

passengers want to fly for free and then complain about it. take greyhound or amtrack if you don't like it.

the baker complains about fares, but he won't sell me a loaf of bread for .20 cents and farmer's daughter complains about fares, but i can't get a gallon of milk for .75 cents. they say they need to eat, well, our company and us also need to eat too.

these whiners only encourage the spirits and frontiers and now it looks like aa is responding to this clientele.
