Hey Al. Do they violate your back to back PT language there in LGA? Kind of sucks only having one page of language as far as part timers.

Hey Al are you guys able to get a Lunch there in LGA? Here in MIA the folks on D40 tell me that Management doesn’t give them a Lunch all day but cuts them loose from busting their asses 30 Minutes before they clock out telling them that’s their Lunch.

A friend left mia cause the IAM gets screwed from equipment to heavy flights not that way here though they tried but it didntt work and 2 former AA managers were shown the door.Ask any IAM on here if they kill themselves

Well your contract does have a 40% “Systemwide” PT Cap. I’d like to see that be more restrictive at least in the Hubs. Say 25% to 30% Max per individual Hub.

But no one is publicly talking about those FT/PT ratios?

The only thing i see is your leads do less and you have alot more people to do the same amount of flights but the company is trying to change that in this contract.

He’s even pissed off that the Company is going to have to by Law put in almost a Billion Dollars this year to start shoring it up.

All that work and the company still.loses money on those flights wonder how long before MIA goes the way of JFK

Good. I prefer it that way. I don’t want a no time Manager thinking he has even an ounce of a clue to tell me what to do. Most of our new CSM’s here are very gentle when they approach us. And those are the ones we wind up liking cause they respect what their role is and what our role is.

Every once in awhile we get a guy who thinks he’s Clint Eastwood in here. I’ll admit those are the ones we have fun with.
