Check out points.com. But I dont think you have enough miles accumulated to covert. Most programs have an exchange ratio you are saying about 11,000 miles coverted to Mileage Plus with UA. Personally I dont think you have sufficient miles to make that swap. You would be much better off posting that over on flyertalk.com. Flyertalk.com is more passengers that fly that like to post. On this site it is more for employees.

Your best bet is to acquire another 1200 miles and redeem for a oneway domestic ticket if you're determined to empty the account. Points.com has many fees, taxes associated beyond the fact that it's usually an awful redemption value.
