Zipper issue
WASHINGTON—Sen. Max Baucus, one of the most powerful members of Congress and a key figure in the health overhaul debate, recommended his girlfriend to serve as the U.S. attorney for his home state of Montana, a Baucus spokesman said Saturday.
I think he should serve some time for this.

Mr. Matsdorf said the relationship was "in no way" the cause of Sen. Baucus's recent divorce.
Show of hands... who believes this?

I swear, getting elected to DC and walking in the capital building must have some sort of effect on the brain where in you loose all manner of common sense.

I read a comment on this somewhere that said something like this:

'If you can roll over and kiss your nominee or recommendation for a post, they are disqualified.'

He is just another in a line of those who have forgotten that they are "representatives" of the people.

That's the problem............they are the ruling elite now, at least they like to think that.

Maybe America is waking up to these shenanigans once and for all.

BTW-I hear she served under him enthusiastically...... 😱
