Any Low Fare Airlines interested in MCI or STL?

Just curious because these are my two hometown airports will either of them see any new carriers in the near future? I was thinking AirTran would or JetBlue would have been in STL by now but I guess they have their reasons. MCI surely has to see some new airlines in there with the loss of Vanguard
