I heard Dave, in a recent meeting open to employees, was asked about the vendoring out the 'buses. His response was yes, it would happen, and U would abrogate or litigate the contract.

If this is true I hope the IAM shuts this place down for good. How many employees are tired of this DELETED BY MODERATOR from this company ? Dave contract out the airbus checks and I sure as hell hope this place shuts down !!! This company is short of mechanics now just doing the ron a/c. If he contracts out the heavy checks I hope we all STRIKE. Dave you guys could have had a good airline, but you tend to threaten the employees every chance you get. Well, We are DELETED TIRED OF IT !!! That is my opinion of this CRAP !!!!

labor freindly dave supposedly told daylite mechs and related that it was up for arbitration...however,a highly placed union official who wishes to remain nameless has advised that the official union response was"there is nothing to arbitrate,its covered in the contract".so read what you wish.thats it.

Like I have said over and over like a broken record, it is IAM covered work plain and simple and has been since 1949, if they vendor it out and the federal court issues it as a major dispute we will strike. Dave and his gand of thieves have no honor and their word is worthless. I could see if it was one union having problems with the company, but ALL the unions are. The employees at US Airways have given back $1.1 Billion a year, that alone should make Dave and his gang of thieves treat us with respect instead, we
