Was this Loan guarantee approval ever granted. I seem to recall it was tentatively approved based on some additional things that need completion on U''s part.
The ATSB Loan Guarantee was approved conditionally. They have to wait to get it completed until they emerge from bankruptcy now. They met the condition of having each employee group giving concessions. So, it is just a matter of time, unless some unforeseen event occurs while still in bankruptcy.
