There was supposed to be a court gearing around 12/17 to review the temporary restraining order that the judge and used at UA's request to prevent a group of lessors reposessing IIRC about 18 aircraft. I haven't seen any news reports on what has happened? Did the hearing occur or did it get rescheduled? Was there an out-of-court agreement with the lessors?
