Hello all. I am writing to you to let you know that if you are in San Diego on October 11 to come and attend the free "Symphony of Flight" sponsored by the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority in Balboa Park. It will be held at the open air organ pavilion. It is from 6:30 PM till 8:00 PM. Dress is casual and open to everyone of all ages. The San Diego Symphony will perform aviation related music such as Richard Strauss' 2001: A Space Odyssey Fanfare, Richard Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries, Star Wars, etc. There will also be the premiere of The Future Takes Wing documentary film. This event is in celebration of the 75th Anniversary of San Diego International Airport and the Centennial of Flight. Come and enjoy a night under San Diego's sky in beautiful Balboa Park.
