It's doubtful ALPA will have any say in the decision to freeze. While DL moves through bankruptcy, they will assess whether they can afford to maintain existing pension obligations.

I was referring to this statement you made previously. It appeared that you did not know that the pilots DB had already been frozen.

I could see why that was confusing. It's probably more accurate for me to say that ALPA probably won't have much of any ability to influence DL's decision to TERMINATE rather than FREEZE.
