I don't know what rock you've been under but:
1- we're back to number 1 on-time
2- the aircraft interiors are cleaner and in better repair
3- we're doing better than almost everybody else financially
4- upgrades to our terminals and boarding areas are underway
5- new crew computer system and crew tracking software will be making our trips better and RON hotels are getting better (east)
6- even PHL is operationally a lot better and the attitudes seem to be getting better!


No, I am not a manager- just a line pilot, but I do get to see the whole system. We have a ways to go but we are trending in the right direction. Go spread your doom and gloom elsewhere, frankly I'm sick and tired of hearing the same old thing. If you're not happy here don't let the door hit you on your way out...

yes, the first class tray tables were crappy enough for me to comment on on this board. I'm not surprised that they are not holding up.

The good news is; bad news would not wait that long to be announced. Who knows, fuel could be $30 per barrel by April 25th? Now, really bad news, i.e., another merger, a new fleet plan (such as parking half the fleet), etc., could be announced that far out. Just more happy joy at this miserable company. We are hearing no rumors in the East.
