Its getting awfully expensive to support a "movement" that negotiates away up to 40% of your compensation. It sad how they speak of ''strength in numbers" then say that we are helpless and should submit to the will of the company. Its hard to have faith in leaders who are more concerned about the bottom line of the institution than the contents of its Constitution. Leaders who live in comfort, comfort that is provided with the dues from the members whose lives are ruined by their lack of leadership and incompetance.
