I dunno......I think DL's only reacting right now to US's offer. I doubt they saw this coming.

If DL had seen the future (or at least tried to predict it), they could have cut a deal to be left alone by US. Collusion is not, IMO, above most airline industry executives.

As soon as the management team at Delta gets enough walkin money they will come around...USAIRways has to keep enough to line its managements pockets as well...

That is what will be negotiated...its all about "Their money"...just my opinion...

I have never seen airline management be out for their own best interest before.....NOT!!
