to be honest. it's on par with the average vacation most people get. the more years service, the more vacation you get.
I should have followed my dads footsteps in the steel industry. with the unions help he gets 9 weeks of vacation every year....makes my couple weeks seem like a long weekend in comparison.
I make up for it though, by doing a whole weeks worth of work in three days, then I glide thru thursdays and fridays without lifting as much as a finger....
I'm still glued to the floor in pain, not moving much, my wife laughing at me.... but you'll find me at work tommorrow toughing it out to make sure that all the guys in the field aren't left high and dry for parts...I love you guys so much, I'm willing to hurt myself futher to keep you all flying.
