Career with Citation shares?

After 10+ years with the airlines, I am considering a move to the fractional world. I have some friends who have made the move and are glad they did. Citation Shares seems to be a company with a bright future. Does anyone have any input on this possible move?

Since my previous post I have had two phone interviews with Citation Shares. They have invited me to an interview in December. Has anyone interviewed there recently? How did it go? How was the overall experience? Any and all information is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
