If you are referring to home access being down, there has been an update to the software. And no I didn't see a memo either (probably wan't one) but the tech support got me reconnected after the update.

Naw, Tempe doesn't generally mess around with CATCREW. Well, unless they want to remove the crew names on a flight where Scott Kirby may have caused an incident. 😱
