Basically the bush doctrine means that as long as we fabricate fake evidence we can attack anyone we want to under the gise of self defense.

First, that is not the Bush doctrine. It is just your opinion.

Secondly, I find it amazing that so many people think that G.W. Bush is so stupid but you think he is smart enought to fool the country with fake evidence and get re-elected. Which is it?

He is stupid because he believes his own rhetoric. I can not find anything smart about him. He has people around him who are smart and they advise him. He is just a figure head for chenney and the other neocons.

Bachelor's Degree in History from Yale, and MBA from Harvard. Although I do not like the man's policies, those are notable accomplishments. They do not give those degrees away.
