hi all, im rob..i will be coming over to the states from the uk in september on a spotting trip..one of my days here, i will be flying into o'hare ord from baltimore bwi and back again with united..my question is, on my arrival at ord can i stay airside until my flight back, i arrive at about 10am and my flight out is 10pm, is it possible to stay in the terminal all day spotting without any hassle..i hope i can as the united terminal is in a good place to spot from...any info on this would be appreciated...thanks rob.

As long as you do not exit security at O'hare I see no reason why you would not be able to stay till your flight back. I hope you are able to get some great pics.

Ditto what Harry said - I see no reason you can't stay airside for the entire time you're in ORD unless someone knows of a better spotting lacation outside security. Additionally, I believe that you can access every concourse at ORD while staying airside except for possibly terminal 5 (the international terminal), so you're free to check out the views from other airside areas if you choose.
