CO & UA, Whats the new name? City of new OCC?

Yes, the HQ is now in Loop, but the OCC is still in Elk Grove. I believe the poll is asking about the new OCC.

Yes. And thank God that Tilton and his cronies will be stepping aside. Most at UA look forward to working with CO management. But none of this matters as far as the new name. It will be decided based on marketing and name recognition. Personally I couldn't care less what the name is, the call sign, the color painted on the airplane, or what the uniform looks like. That is the kind of minutia no one should get tied up with. Management needs the employees assistance to make a merger of this size work. That means for the first time in a long time we have major leverage, and we should be focusing on getting the best pay and work rules possible for everyone. Who cares what the place is called???

I agree. You can not tell what color the plane is from inside the cockpit. Call it whatever you want but get the most dollars and the best contract you can when they need your help.

LOL, well it appears that NHBB is in fear of AMR losing the no. 1 spot... Which will probably happen relatively soon, also AMR salivate over Asia and Australia, and can't get over the fact that the lion "blinked" at Pan Am.... It will all soon come to pass, quite personally - who wants to merge? Not me... AMR has a large fascination with UAL, hence the CAL thing, the weed and shrooms must indeed be good for them to think that one would pass. I wish it would though, that way they could divest nearly all of it to other airlines, due to extreme overlap..
